Monetizing energy is the problem. A technate would not do that… energy as well as transportation and housing would be free. No more Price System merry go round.
Lets drop the current throwback system in favor of something creative. Google Technocracy technate for viable alternative.

You have to mine, process and transport uranium using oil…..

Uranium currently sells for less then one cent per barrel of oil energy equivalent. To say that uranium prices would go up too is not really saying much.
